Most ADU projects take 3–6 months from permit approval to Certificate of Occupancy. The permitting process itself typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on your municipality. We'll give you a realistic schedule at your free consultation.
Our finish quality. Most general contractors are strong on structure but subcontract out drywall, plastering, and painting to whoever is available. We do that work ourselves, with the same crew that has completed hundreds of high-end renovation projects across Greater Boston.
